Who is eligible to enter the contest?

This exciting contest is open to all individuals who are legal residents of Izmir Province, Turkey, and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Unfortunately, employees of Akdeniz Taze Meyveleri and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. We want everyone in our local community to have a fair chance to win these delicious prizes!

How will the winners be selected and notified?

Winners will be chosen through a completely fair and random draw conducted from all eligible entries received by the contest deadline. The lucky winners will be personally notified via the email address they submitted on the entry form. If a phone number was provided as optional contact information, we might also try to reach you by phone to share the wonderful news! This notification process will occur within seven (7) business days following the contest's official closing date.

When will the winners be announced?

Akdeniz Taze Meyveleri - Seasonal Fruit Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This contest ("Giveaway") is open exclusively to legal residents of Izmir Province, Turkey, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Akdeniz Taze Meyveleri ("Promoter"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and Promoter's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

2. Contest Period: The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Turkish Time (TRT) and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM TRT (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. The Promoter’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

3. How to Enter: To enter, navigate to the official giveaway landing page hosted by Akdeniz Taze Meyveleri and fully complete the online entry form with all required information, including your full name and a valid email address. You must also affirmatively agree to these Terms & Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy. An optional bonus entry can be obtained by following Akdeniz Taze Meyveleri's official Instagram account (@AkdenizTazeMeyveleri) and indicating this on the entry form if applicable. Limit one (1) primary entry and one (1) bonus entry (if applicable) per person/email address for the duration of the Contest Period. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A one-year supply of fresh fruits, delivered weekly as a curated basket by Akdeniz Taze Meyveleri. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): 5000 Turkish Lira (TL). Prize includes a diverse selection of seasonal and exotic fruits. Five (5) Runner-Up Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) Deluxe Fruit Basket, filled with a premium selection of fruits. ARV: 500 TL per basket. Ten (10) Third Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) 100 TL voucher redeemable at Akdeniz Taze Meyveleri for any products. ARV: 100 TL per voucher. Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be offered, except at the Promoter's sole discretion if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use if applicable.

5. Winner Selection & Odds: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about January 7, 2025, by the Promoter or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email (and phone, if provided as optional contact) within approximately seven (7) business days of the random drawing. Potential winners may be required to respond to the notification and provide proof of eligibility (e.g., age and residency confirmation) within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

7.
